- Another Blessed Ministry (ABM) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 99-1613504), effective February 28, 2024, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

- ABM carries comprehensive General Liability Insurance for all events and community activities, ensuring every participant, volunteer, and partner is protected at every ABM-hosted gathering.

- Donation Information — Transaction records processed securely through Zeffy. ABM does not store credit card or banking details on our servers.
- Program Enrollment Data — Information provided when applying for or participating in ABM life coaching, outreach, or youth programs.
- Communication Data — Messages sent through our contact forms, email, or social media.
- Website Usage Data — Anonymized analytics data (pages visited, time on site) to improve user experience. No personally identifiable information is tied to this data.
- We do NOT collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or financial account details through this website.

Donor Privacy & Donor Bill of Rights
- ABM adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights — ensuring every donor is informed of the organization's mission, how resources are used, and that their gift reaches its intended purpose.
- Donors have the right to appropriate acknowledgment, confidentiality of their records, and to opt out of communications at any time.
- Donor records are maintained with strict confidentiality. ABM does not sell, trade, or share donor lists with any third party — ever.
- All donations are processed through Zeffy — a secure nonprofit donation platform. 100% of donated dollars flow directly to the mission. Zeffy charges ABM zero platform fees.

Program Participant Privacy
- All program participant records are maintained separately from general donor and marketing data.
- Staff and volunteers are bound by signed confidentiality agreements.
- Clinical and behavioral health records are handled in compliance with applicable HIPAA standards.
- Participant information is never shared with outside parties without written consent, except as required by law.
- All staff complete annual HIPAA training — no exceptions.
- Participant dignity is non-negotiable. Any use of participant stories or images for marketing purposes requires explicit written consent.
