Six Pillars.
One Mission.
Zero Compromise.
Every program ABM runs is built around one conviction: people deserve more than a hand out. They deserve a hand up — and someone willing to walk the whole road with them. These six pillars are that commitment, made real.

Scars to Stars Life Coaching
Our signature 12–16 week program uses a proven 4-Domain model — Personal, Social, Economic, and Spiritual — to guide participants from crisis to stability to purpose. This is not therapy. This is transformation.
- Phase 1: Intake & Stabilization
- Phase 2: Foundation & Personal Competency
- Phase 3: Social & Economic Activation
- Phase 4: Launch & Aftercare (6–12 months)

Vocational Mentorship
Career training, digital literacy, and workforce development connected directly to our employer network. We don't just prepare people — we place them. Dominion Packaging, Amazon, trade unions, healthcare, and more.
- Digital literacy & technology skills
- Resume building & interview preparation
- Quarterly on-site recruitment fairs
- Employer partnerships for direct placement
- Leadership track for advancement

Animal Welfare
In partnership with the Humane Society of Richmond, we provide emergency pet food, veterinary care, spay/neuter services, and family preservation for pet owners in crisis. Because keeping a family together means keeping the whole family together.
- Emergency pet food & essential supplies
- Low-cost veterinary care & triage
- Spay/neuter programs
- Youth 'Junior Vet Tech' program
- 'Silver Paws' outreach for seniors
- Foster-to-Stay crisis intervention

Community Resource Exchange
Weekly mobile outreach delivering food, clothing, hygiene kits, and household goods directly to Richmond's most underserved neighborhoods. No appointment. No judgment. No barriers. Just showing up — every single week.
- 150–200 individuals served weekly
- 40–60 families supported weekly
- Branded resource vehicle with Wi-Fi access
- 24/7 Smart Lockers for emergency resource access
- Decentralized staging hubs across Richmond Southside

Recovery & Restoration
Recovery is not the end of a journey — it is the beginning of one. Our recovery coaching and family stability programs walk alongside individuals through the hardest chapters, then stay for the long haul with structured aftercare that actually follows through.
- Faith-integrated recovery coaching
- Family stability & reunification support
- Behavioral health referral network
- 6–12 month structured aftercare program
- Peer support & alumni mentorship
- Crisis escalation & de-escalation protocols

The Hope Hub
The Hope Hub is ABM's permanent 7,000–12,000 sq ft community restoration center in Richmond, Virginia. It is where all six pillars come together under one roof — and where the next chapter of this ministry begins. Grand Opening: June 13, 2026 at the Great Community Exchange, Fonticello Carter Jones Park.
- Life coaching suites & counseling rooms
- Community resource exchange floor
- Animal welfare wing with on-site care
- Youth Development Lab — 40 students per cohort
- Digital media & podcast studio
- 24/7 Smart Lockers & emergency access

Every Pillar
Needs a Partner.
ABM's six pillars only stand because of the people who believe in them. Donate, volunteer, or partner with us — and become part of the restoration.
